SHARK Helmets has introduced a range of new graphics on the popular Spartan Carbon – and they are available in with dealers now. The six new additions bring the total number of colour options available on the Spartan Carbon to 15. Also new for 2019, is a reengineered micro-tech interior with antibacterial properties for optimal rider comfort. The revolutionary Aegis® textile treatment, embedded into the fabric of the helmet interior, guarantees optimal hygiene and freshness for the inside of the helmet. The new graphics emphasise the striking shape and clean lines of the Spartan Carbon shell, while still allowing the stunning carbon fibre to take centre stage.
Since its launch in 2016, the Spartan Carbon has become a firm favourite in the SHARK range as an all-round road-riding helmet. Developed using the latest reverse engineering and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), all technology used on other top-end SHARK models such as the Race-R Pro, it was designed with the aim of achieving optimal aerodynamics and rider comfort. The Spartan Carbon has a number of features developed to make the helmet quiet and stable while riding. A ‘SHARK SKIN’ cover on the side mechanism of the visor reduces wind noise and the double spoiler on the rear of the helmet has air extractors for increased internal cooling and aerodynamic trail.
Complete with all the features riders expect from a premium SHARK helmet: SHARKTOOTH® Prime compatibility, quick release visor system, removable and washable lining, SHARK Easy Fit for glasses wearers and an anti-scratch, Max Vision Pinlock® visor. The helmet fastens using a double-D ring strap system for a secure fit. The Spartan Carbon is available in sizes XS (53/54cm) – XXL (63/64cm).
