Fantic Motor and Yamaha Motor Europe announce the closing of the deal on the intended decision to reinforce their strategic partnership, based on the acquisition by Fantic Motor of the 100% of the shares in Motori Minarelli. The operation is going to provide a strengthening of the existing Yamaha Motor Europe and Fantic Motor synergy to move the collaboration between the two companies to the next level in the fields of Motorcycle and e-mobility. New dealers will be appointed soon as the range will begin to expand.
